Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Benefits of chair yoga include, improved flexibility, better posture, better concentration, and increased strength.
When: Tuesday mornings, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

FROGS is an exercise program designed to help older adults improve their mobility and strength to help prevent injuries and falls.
When: Thursday mornings, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

A weekly activity to promote camaraderie and fellowship among residents and the surrounding area.
